Leadership Philosophy
My leadership philosophy is grounded in a few principles, drawn as much from my own values as from experience running teams. None of it works as a fixed formula, what changes is how much structure I bring and how directly I step in, depending on what the team and the business actually need.

High performing engineering cultures come from individual accountability paired with teams owning outcomes together. I coach managers and senior engineers to drive their own domains, and try to lead by example.

Leaders are responsible for providing clarity, through structure, process, and open communication. Engineers should understand the why behind their work, underpinned by metrics that show real impact.
